brunch is always a good idea
We’re pretty brunchy-lunchy at Seasalt. Our ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. Our dishes are innovative and interesting. We pride ourselves on that shiz.
We’re all about the hollandaise and breakfast burritos and fish tacos and avocados. And our coffee is Badger & Dodo, and if you know coffee you know those guys. Oh and Ali’s cakes…don’t even get us started!
Pop in with an empty tum and we’ll fill it for you. Even if you’re gluten-free. Even if you’re vegan.
THIS WEEK'S MENU
We only use the fr-fr-fr-freshest of ingredients, which means we change the menu. A lot. We try to remember to post the weekend’s menu on Facebook and Instagram. And we almost always remember…

WE BRIBE JOURNALISTS WITH YUMMY FOOD.
However good the croque was, the hake tacos were outstanding. Batons of fish had been floured and quickly fried then Guacamole that sang of lime juice, sour cream deepened with cumin and other spices, the crunch of pickled red onion, red cabbage and filaments of raw carrot...This was so good and, in a sense, so unexpected, that we were tempted to order it again.

Ms O’Dea knows her way around the menus, and she demonstrates a sophisticated culinary intelligence, so whilst the food appears straightforward – flatbreads; toasties; burgers; sausage rolls – it eats delightfully and involvingly, the dishes are nuanced, the flavours are layered, the precision of each offering is razor-sharp.
McKennas Guide
Eggs Royale is one of the dishes that has the locals salivating, with two poached organic eggs on sourdough toast served with Frank Hederman's organic smoked salmon (from nearby Belvelly Smokehouse) and hollandaise sauce. Other egg options include Gubbeen chorizo hash, mushrooms on toast, avocado crush and a Full Rosscarbery Irish.
